【摘要】 目的 将第二代抗精神病药物作一简要回顾，并将第二代抗精神病药物在我院使用的现状作一简要的报告。方法 将第二代抗精神病药物的定义、分类、受体结合特征、治疗特点、临床益处、新用途、最适宜人群、进一步研究、优化的领导者、药物的研究、效益费用的关系等作一简要回顾。结果 发现新型抗精神病药物，这类药物统称为不典型抗精神病药物，如利培酮、奥氮平、奎硫平等基本保留了氯氮平的一些优点，已逐渐成为精神科临床首选的抗精神病药。结论 第二代抗精神病药物对精神分裂症的阴性症状、情感症状的疗效优于经典药物，同时对认知功能也有改善作用，副作用也显著低于经典药物。因此，第二代抗精神病药物带给人类新希望。

    Report of atypical antipsychotics in our hospital

    【Abstract】 Objective To review the atypical antipsychotics,and make a brief report about the application of atypical antipsychotics in our hospital.Methods Reviewed the atypical antipsycotics definition,classification,acceptors,specification,therapy specification,clinical advantages, new usage,most suitable crowd,pioneers of further research,relations between research outlay and benefits respectively.Results People discovered a kind of new antipsychotics,which is called unclassifiable antipsychotics,such as risperdal olanzapine quetiapine(serquel).They keep some basic advantages of clozapine;and they have became the first choice of clinical antipsychotics gradually.Conclusion The curative effect of the atypical antipsychotics on psychosis negative syndrome and effective syndrome is better than that of classic medicines.They achieve on improving suffers,cognitive ability.Their side effects are obviouly fewer than classic medicines,also.Therefore,the atypical antipsychotics bring hopes to mankind. ......
