【摘要】 目的 探讨开颅手术引流管、引流装置的选用及护理。方法 根据颅内手术的特殊性、不同病种、不同的手术部位及其相应的引流要求，将手术后可能的出血、渗血、渗液、积水、肿瘤和脑组织的坏死碎片、颅内积气和血性脑脊液引流到体外，减少有害因素和成分产生继发性损害，降低颅内压力和脑反应性水肿。通过引流系统向颅内注入药物，预防感染或抗感染。注入尿激酶治疗颅内血肿等。选用负压引流盒、引流袋、引流瓶、水封引流瓶等4种不同的引流装置。规范引流系统的护理。结果 全组993例，应用各式引流装置1340套。引流满意，择期拔管978例，引流期内病情恶化死亡10例，感染1例，颅内积气4例。结论 开颅手术应根据手术部位、病情需要选择相应引流装置，严格无菌操作，加强护理，使颅内引流达到预期目的，确保手术的满意疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the selection of draining pipe and instrument for craniotomy and its nursing.Methods Because of the speciality of craniotomy,we chose four different draining devices on the basis of different diseases,different operative areas and different demand of draining,including negative pressure drainage box,drainage bag,drainage bottle,watercutting drainage bottle.The bore of drainage tube was usually 3. The draining system must be strictly sterilization in the operative and nursing procedure.Results Total 993 cases(1340 set of draining devices),978 cases drained satisfactory,10 cases died during the draining phase,1 case infected,4 cases intracranial pneumatosis.Conclusion During perioperative period, it was important to correctly choose the draining device strictly operation in sterile and strengthen nursing care in order to make the most of the draining system. ......
