【摘要】 目的 探讨大鼠脑缺血后，其脑组织内皮素(ET-1)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量的变化。方法 采用Pulsinelli 4-血管闭塞法的改良法制作脑缺血动物模型，用放射免疫法测定大鼠顶叶脑组织内皮素(ET-1)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的含量。结果 脑缺血后，大鼠脑组织内皮素(ET-1)的含量与对照组比较明显升高(P<0.01)，而降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的含量与对照组比较明显减低(P<0.05)。结论 脑缺血对大鼠脑组织内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽的含量有一定影响。

    The change of endothelin-1 and calcitonin gene-related peptide in brain tissue of rats after ischemia brain damage

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the change of endothelin-1 and calcitonin gene-related peptide content in brain tissue of rats after ischemia brain damage.Method The model of ischemia dementia in SD rats was established by 4-vessel occlusion and reperfusion of iterative ischemia brain.The change of endothelin-1 and calcitonin gene-related peptide content was determined by radioimmunoassay in brain tissue of ischemic rats.Results After ischemia brain damage,the endothelin-1 content of ischemia group was distinctively increase in ischemia group than control group(P<0.01).The calcitonin gene-related peptide content of ischemia group was distinctively reduced in ischemia group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cerebral ischemia has a distinct influence on levels of endothelin-1 and calcitonin gene-related peptide of brain tissue in ischemic rats. ......
