【摘要】 目的 总结70岁以上患者非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植手术(OPCAB)的疗效和特点。方法 比较52例OPCAB手术与28例常规体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植手术(CCABG)的临床资料。结果 OPCAB组与CCABG组术后并发症发生率分别为11.5%、25.1% ，平均ICU时间(h)为18.52±6.49、31.63±15.26，平均住院时间(d)为11.34±2.28、15.71±3.97。结论 OPCAB手术安全可行，更适合于老年、合并多脏器功能障碍患者；OPCAB具备独特的技术特点和方法。

    Comparative study on off-pump versus on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in elderly patients

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical experience of surgical treatment in the patients undergone off-pump coronary artery bypass(OPCAB).Methods Coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) was performed in 80 patients aged more than 70 years,including 52 without CPB(OPCAB) and 28 with CPB(CCABG).The outcomes were compared between two groups.Results The postoperative complication was 11.5% for OPCAB group and 25.1% for on-pump CABG group( P<0.01). Average ICU stay was 18.52±6.49(h)for OPCAB group versus 31.63±15.26(h)for on-pump CABG group( P<0.05).The mean hospital stay was 11.34±2.28(d) versus 15.71±3.97(d) ( P<0.01). ......
