【摘要】 目的 研究中药毛香青的提取物对实验动物镇咳、祛痰、平喘等作用。方法 用氨自然挥发法；酚红排泄法；离体豚鼠气管法进行镇咳、祛痰、平喘实验。结果 毛香青的总黄酮提取液、全草蒸馏液、全草注射液对KM小鼠有显著的镇咳、祛痰作用(P<0.01)，经豚鼠实验，无抗乙酰胆碱收缩豚鼠离体气管的作用。结论 毛香青的主要作用是祛痰、镇咳，无明显平喘解痉的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of extracts of Anaphalis Iactem Maxim (AIM) on anti- cough,abandoned sputum,anti-asthma in experimental animals.Methods Ammonia was used as natural volatility,phenol drain,guinea pigs were investigated by leave away bronchus in the body.Results The extracts of flavonoids and distillate in injected liquids were significant effects in KM mice. It had not against acetylcholine effects in guinea pigs.Conclusion Anaphalis Iactem Maxim has distinct effect on anti-cough,abandoned sputum in experimental animals.
