【摘要】 目的 探讨不同血凝检测系统测定纤维蛋白原(Fg)的检测结果是否具有可比性。方法 分别采用3种不同水平IL质控物、DADE质控物和40例不同浓度的患者新鲜血浆，在3个不同的检测系统(ACL-200、ACL-3000、CA-1500检测系统) 测定Fg，并对其检测结果进行相关的统计学分析。结果 6个水平的质控物测定结果经随机区组设计资料的方差分析或K个相关样本的Friedman双向评秩方差分析除IL level 1和DADE 2外各组间的差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。各检测系统间不同浓度的患者新鲜血浆的测定结果差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)；相关系数均>0.975；可靠性分析信度系数α为0.9830。以CA-1500作标准检测系统对其他检测系统作临床可接受性能评价，ACL-200、ACL-3000均可接受。结论 3个检测系统测定Fg精密度和临床可接受性能评价均符合临床要求，应定期对2个以上的检测系统进行比对实验，以保证检验结果间的可比性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the comparability of Fibrinogen(Fg) results among different detection system.Methods 3 different kinds of coagulation detection system (ACL-200,ACL-3000,CA-1500) were used to detect Fg concentration in 3 kinds of concentrations of 2 kinds of quality controls(IL and DADE) and 40 clinical sera. The collected data were deal with statistics analysis.Results Analysis of variance showed the Fg results from different control and patients sera had significant difference in different detection system except IL level1 and DADE2 controls (P<0.01). The correlation coefficient of each detection system was above 0.975 and the reliability coefficient of them was close to 1. CA-1500 was regarded as standard detection system and evaluated the acceptability of other detection system.. As a result, ACL-200 and ACL-3000 systems were all accepted by clinic assessment.Conclusion The precision and incomparability of Fg results in the 3 kinds of detection system accorded to clinic requirement and evaluation of clinical acceptability. Comparability test must be done among detection systems in order to comparability of results. ......
