【摘要】 目的 探讨两种洗眼液进行结膜囊冲洗(简称洗眼)对患者眼部的影响效果。方法 将668眼行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(简称LASIK)治疗的患者分为两组进行术前洗眼：A组236眼用生理盐水进行洗眼2次；B组432眼，每眼先用生理盐水，后用蒸馏水洗眼各1次，了解治疗后的眼部情况。结果 两组间疼痛感差异有显著性；两组间结膜充血改变差异无显著性。结论 LASIK手术用生理盐水洗眼较用蒸馏水洗眼可减轻患者的眼部不适。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of using two different eyewashes for patients, whose eyes need conjunctiva sac flushing (short term: eye washing). Methods 668 eyes of patients who needed Lasik treatment were studied and divided into two groups (group A and B), and then patients were given eye washing pre-operation. 236 eyes of patients ingroup A were used only normal saline twice for eye washing. 432 eyes of patients in group B were used normal saline firstly and follow by distilled water for the second time. Therapeutic effects and follow records were analyzed.Results The statistics showed that there were differences in complaining of pain between patients in group A and patients in group B; there were no specific changes in conjunctiva.Conclusion During Lasik treatment, in order to relieve the discomfort, it is better to use normal saline only for eye washing instead of using distilled water. ......
