【摘要】 目的 观察中西药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。 方法 对确诊的UC病人66例分为两组，中西药组(34例)采用中西药液150ml睡前保留灌肠，每日1次，疗程4周;对照(32例)用强的松龙100mg、庆大霉素16万U加生理盐水150ml睡前保留灌肠，每日1次，疗程4周。 结果 中西药组疗效明显优于对照组，总有效率分别为95.6%和76.6%，1年复发率分别为14.7%和25%(P<0.05)，两组差异有统计学意义。 结论 中西药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎有较好疗效，且复发率低。
