【摘要】 目的 探讨外伤性视神经视网膜病变的诊断及治疗效果。方法 对36例外伤性视神经视网膜病变患者早期应用冲击量皮质类固醇、血管扩张剂、维生素及神经营养药物治疗，并对结果进行总结分析。结果 外伤性视神经视网膜病变应用此方法治疗，视力有明显恢复，效果肯定。结论 大剂量皮质类固醇、血管扩张剂和神经营养剂等治疗外伤性视神经视网膜病变有明显效果。

    Clinical analysis of traumatic optic neuropathy

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic methods and effect of treatment for traumatic optic neuropathy.Methods Administration of suffcient dose of corticosteroids,vasodilators,Vitamines and neurotrophic agents in 36 cases of traumatic optic neuropathy in their early stage,and analysis of its effect were made.Results To treat traumatic optic neuropathy using this method,the effect was better than others.Conclusion High dose of corticosteroid,vasodicator and nervous growth factor have significant effects on traumatic optic neuropathy.
