【摘要】 目的 探讨肺曲霉菌病的临床表现和外科治疗原则及方法。 方法 回顾性总结近五年我科收治的13例病例，分析其临床表现和手术治疗效果。 结果 13例病人中，术前诊断为肺曲霉菌病10例，误诊3例，均行手术切除，病理证实。术后痊愈出院。 结论 该病近来有增多趋势，常需与肺结核、肺脓疡、肺癌、支气管肺炎相鉴别，一旦确诊应积极手术治疗。手术范围应视病变情况而定。
