Oculus三维眼前房分析和诊断系统与超声角膜测厚仪测量角膜厚度的比较

     【摘要】 目的 探讨Oculus三维眼前房分析和诊断系统(Pentacam)与超声角膜测厚仪对角膜中央厚度测量结果的差异,为临床应用提供参考。方法 随机抽取屈光手术前的近视患者81例(143眼)分别应用Pentacam和超声角膜测厚仪进行角膜中央厚度的测量结果进行比较分析。结果 Pentacam测厚平均值为(530.09±35.55)μm,超声测厚平均值为(53836±3417)μm,二者统计学差异有显著性(t=6.588,P<0.001);根据角膜厚度分为4组,各组的差值之间差异无显著性(F=0374,P>005);根据屈光度分为4组,各组的差值之间差异也无显著性(F=0.028,P>0.05);两种测量方法的结果之间呈线性相关(R=0.907,P<0.01)。结论 Pentacam测量角膜中央厚度的结果与超声角膜测厚仪的结果有显著性差异,总体上Pentacam的结果比超声角膜测厚仪的数值偏小。超声测厚仍是目前最准确的角膜厚度测量方法,Pentacam不能完全代替。

    Comparison of corneal thickness measurement with Oculus Pentacam and ultrasonic pachymetry

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare the differences of corneal thickness between measuring with Oculus Pentacam and with ultrasonic pachymetry.Methods Corneal thickness in 143 eyes of 81 myopic patients was measured with Pentacam and ultrasonic pachymetry respectively,the results were compared and analyzed statistically.Results The mean central corneal thickness was (530.09±35.55)μm measured with Pentacam while (538.36±34.17)μm with ultrasonic pachymetry,they were significantly different with paired samples t-test (t=6.588,P<0.001).There were no relationship between the difference in groups based on the different corneal thickness and different myopic degree.There was a significant linear regression in the results of corneal thickness between the two kinds of measurement.Conclusion Totally the corneal thickness measured with Pentacam was smaller than that with ultrasonic pachymetry,so they were statistically significant different.Ultrasonic pachymetry is still the most accurate method of corneal thickness measurement,it could not be substitute by Pentacam. ......
