【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜围手术期患者的心理状态，从而采取针对性的心理干预，为进一步做好腹腔镜围手术期患者的心理护理提供依据。方法 随机选取妇科腹腔镜手术患者80例，在实施心理干预前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行评定分析，并采取针对性的心理干预。结果 心理干预前后SCL-90各症状因子有差异，尤其以躯体不适、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧因子在心理干预前明显高于心理干预后。结论 对腹腔镜围手术期患者实施心理干预切实有效，有效地促进了患者的身心健康。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the peritoneoscope and perioperative patient′s psychological condition,thus the psychology of adopting pertinence is intervened,offer basis on which do the peritoneoscope well and enclose the patient′s psychology of operation to attend to further.Methods Chosen 80 gynaecological peritoneoscope operation patients at random,to pay attention to before and after intervening adopting symptomming form (SCL-90 ) to evaluate to go on person who comment,thus the psychology of adopting pertinence is intervened.Results SCL-90 every symptom factor had difference before and after the psychological intervening,especially the symptoms of uncomfortable,depressed,anxious,terrific factor of body.Conclusion A patient were implemented the psychology intervene effectively ......
