【摘要】 目的 运用现代化网络信息管理方法，集结核病的发现、诊断、治疗、管理于一体，全面实施结核病控制策略。方法 采用临床病人的病例资料、疾控机构督导管理资料进行信息化录入与综合分析，将疾病控制管理与临床治疗、医学研究融合在一起。结果 通过在结核病控制工作中对预防、临床和行政资源的融合、重组和利用，促进基础医学、临床医学、预防医学一体化发展的可能。结论 通过公共卫生政府行为化，达到国家结核病控制规划(2001～2010)要求的技术标准，合理运用外援和政府经济投入，降低劳动强度和成本，实现短期内结核病流行和传播的控制。

    【Abstract】 Objective To make use of the modern network information management method,to gather the detection,diagnosis,treatment and management of tuberculosis for integral whole,to put completely into practice tuberculosis control strategy.Methods The data of patients and management data organized by Center for disease control were recorded,synthesized and analyzed:Disease controls management and clinical treatment,medical research were syncretized.

    Results Through syncretization,reconstruction and usage of prevention,clinc and administration resources in tuberculosis control work,it is possible to promote basic medicine,dinical medicine and prevention medicine integrative development.Conclusion Through sanitation government is behaved,we reach what the technology standard of national tuberculosis control programming request.manage foreign aid and governmental economic devotion rationally,decrease work intension and cost realize control of prevalence and spread of tuberculosis in short term. ......
