【摘要】 目的 探讨手术切除超低位直肠癌同时保肛的可行性。 方法 报告了超低位直肠癌保肛切除术1例，并复习了相关文献。 结果 手术成功，术后患者恢复顺利，手术至今已8个月，仍存活。 结论 保肛在手术切除超低位直肠癌中切实可行。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the feasibility of preserving anus while surgical excision of super-low rectal carcinoma.Methods A case of anus-preserved operation for super-low rectal carcinoma was reported and relevant references were reviewed.Results The operation was successful and patient resumed as one might expect.It is eight months after operation and patient still survive.Conclusion It is feasible to preserve anus while surgical excision of super-low rectal carcinoma.
