【摘要】 目的 探讨腺性膀胱炎的诊断和治疗。 方法 对40例腺性膀胱炎患者行经尿道电汽化术联合术前药物膀胱内灌注治疗。 结果 本组40例均随访6～36个月，平均21个月。40例中28例术后症状消失，膀胱镜检查正常，治愈率70%;膀胱镜检查正常而症状不缓解者7例;膀胱镜检查复发5例，再次经尿道电汽化切除后膀胱镜检查正常。 结论 经尿道电汽化术联合术前药物膀胱内灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎疗效确切，是一种安全而又有效的治疗方法。
