【摘要】 目的 探讨乳癌根治术后常见并发症的原因与对策。 方法 通过对2004年3月～2005年3月实施190例乳癌根治术的资料进行回顾性分析总结。 结果 皮下积液19例，皮瓣坏死9例;少量积液一般不需要处理，积液大于5ml每天可抽吸，然后加压包扎，积液量>50ml时可拆除1针缝线或切开放置引流管，时间最长达半个月。皮瓣坏死<3cm，行换药处理;>3cm经切痂、植皮后，均痊愈出院。 结论 术中操作十分重要，要重视操作，完善每一步细节，并发症是可以预防的，术后只要早发现，早处理，不会影响患者的综合治疗和预后。
