【摘要】 目的 观察介入治疗与介入非治疗对高血压脑出血患者血脑屏障(BBB)的影响及临床意义。方法 观察脑出血患者常规治疗(非介入治疗)组15例和常规治疗+颅内血肿清除术(介入治疗)组15例，对照分析其BBB指数和S100蛋白的变化，并分别与正常对照组做对比。结果 介入治疗组的BBB指数明显低于非介入治疗组(P<0.05)。而此2组患者BBB指数均高于正常对照组(P<0.01)；介入治疗组血清S100蛋白浓度明显低于非介入治疗组(P<0.01)，而此2组患者S100蛋白浓度均高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论 脑出血增加血脑屏障的通透性，使BBB指数和血清中S100蛋白增高，脑出血的介入治疗可以减轻细胞毒性对血脑屏障的损伤，从而减轻脑水肿。

    Effect of minimally invasive surgery on the blood-brain barrier index in patient with cerebral hemorrhage

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive surgery on the blood-brain barrier (BBB) in patient with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Difference of the BBB index and S100 protein concentration in blood serum was assessed between 15 cases of conservative treatment group and 15 cases of minimally invasive surgery group.Results The BBB index of minimally invasive surgery group was significantly lower than conservative treatment group(P<0.05),and the BBB index of that two groups were significantly higher than control group(P<0.01);the S100 protein concentration in blood serum of minimally invasive surgery group is significantly lower than conservative therapy group(P<0.05),and that two groups were significantly higher than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The permeability of BBB in patients with cerebral hemorrhage are increased,the BBB index and the S100 protein concentration in blood serum in patients with cerebral hemorrhage are increased,minimally invasive surgery could reduce the lesion of cytotoxicity to blood-brain barrier and cerebral edema. ......
