【摘要】 目的 比较爱维治与盐酸丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。 方法 选择糖尿病合并周围神经病变患者分别给予静点爱维治及盐酸丁咯地尔，评价治疗前后疗效和神经传导速度。 结果 治疗14天后，2种药物均使临床症状有不同程度改善。 结论 两类药物通过不同机制治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可收到同样的效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare the efficacy of the actovegin and buflomedil hydrochloride in the treatment of diabetic periheral neuropathy.Methods The patients were divided into two groups.One group were treated by actove-gin and the other by buflomedil hydrochloride.To evaluate the efficacy of treatment before or after and nerve transmit-ter.Results The clinical symptomwere improve in different extent after14days.Conclusion There is the same effi-cacy of actovegin and buflomedil hydrochloride in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy through different mechanism.
