【摘要】 目的 提高膀胱癌的治疗效果，降低膀胱癌术后复发率。 方法 78例浅表性膀胱癌术后分为两组∶(1)干扰素α2b加阿霉素组40例，干扰素α2b1000万IU+阿霉素40mg+生理盐水40ml膀胱灌注;(2)阿霉素组38例，阿霉素40mg+生理盐水40ml膀胱灌注。每周1次，连续8次，然后每2周1次，连续8次，以后每月1次，总疗程2年。 结果 随访8～32个月(平均18个月)，干扰素α2b加阿霉素组复发4例，复发率10%;阿霉素组复发13例;复发率34.2%;两组比较差异有显著性(χ 2 =6.7，P<0.01)。 结论 干扰素α2b加阿霉素膀胱灌注防治浅表性膀胱癌术后复发疗效优于单用阿霉素。

    Post-operative bladder perfusion of IFN-α2b plus ADM to prevent the recur-rence of bladder cancer

    【Abstract】 Objective For preventing the recurrence of superficial transitional cell carcinoma of bladder.Methods Seventy-eight cases with superficial bladder cancer were divided into two groups after surgery:recombinant inter-feron alphα-2b plus doxorubicin group and doxorobicin group.(1)Group one:40cases treated with1×10 7 iu recom-binant interferon alphα-2b plus40mg doxorubicin plus40ml normal saline to be infused into the bladder.(2)Group two:38cases treated with mere doxorubicin being infused into the bladder at the dosage of40mg doxorudicin plus40ml normal saline eight times in succession.Once a week and then eight times running:once every two weeks;and finally one in a month with the total course of treatment being two years.Results Follow-up(from8to32months with average18months)consisted of cystoscopy and cytologywith biopsies carried out every3months for2years.Re-currence after instillatian of recombinant interferon-alpha plus doxorubicin was observed in only4(10%) ......
