【摘要】 目的 探讨可塑形钛钢板在跟骨关节内骨折中的应用价值。 方法 治疗28例(32足)跟骨关节内骨折，Ⅱ型10足，Ⅲ型16足，Ⅳ型6足。均采用可塑形钛钢板内固定，其中8足应用自体髂骨植骨，9足应用同种异体骨植骨。 结果 经平均随访11.5个月，按张铁良评分系统评定，优良30足，可2足，优良率达93.8%。结论 可塑形钛钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折，固定牢固，术后可早期功能锻炼，能最大限度地减少骨折的并发症，是一种良好的跟骨内固定方法。
