【摘要】 目的 探讨置入食管带膜支架治疗食管恶性狭窄患者的疗效。方法 采用内镜下植入食管带膜支架术。结果 内镜下一次放置食管支架成功率为100%，术后吞咽困难明显好转，治疗近期有效率100%。结论 带膜支架置入对食管恶性梗阻患者是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

    Membrane-covered esophageal stent in treatment of 12 cases with malignant esophageal strictures

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate therapeatic effect of membrane-covered esophageal stent for malignant esophageal strictures.Methods Membrane-covered esophageal stents were implanted in patients with esophageal strictures under endoscopy.Results The successful rate of stent placement was 100%.There were no serious stent-related complications in all patients.Symptoms of dysphagia were considerably relieved.Conclusion The membrane-covered esophageal stents appears to be effective and safe in treatment of pantients with malignant esophageal strictures.
