【摘要】 目的 建立ABC-ELISA定量测定红细胞趋化因子受体(ECKR)的方法并探讨其临床意义。 方法 分离一定数量红细胞与IL-8结合，离心后取上清液用ABC-ELISA法检测IL-8含量，通过公式计算红细胞趋化因子受体结合活性;对该法检测IL-8的灵敏度、精密度、准确度进行了探讨，并对31例正常人，25例恶性肿瘤患者和33例银屑病患者的ECKR进行了测定。 结果 该法检测IL-8的灵敏度为15.6pg/ml。精密度批内平均CV4.69%;批间平均CV9.79%，准确度平均回收率为97%。31例正常人ECKR为(52.96±10.45)%;25例恶性肿瘤ECKR为(46.07±13.33)%;33例银屑病人ECKR为(46.87±10.28)%。经统计，恶性肿瘤患者和银屑病患者ECKR均比正常人ECKR要低(P<0.05)。 结论 该法是一种简便的定量测定ECKR的新方法，对研究红细胞免疫、趋化因子及其受体在疾病防治和发病机理中的作用有一定价值。
