【摘要】 目的 探讨介入治疗小儿肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄的临床效果。 方法 16例患儿肾盂穿刺成功后，用球囊扩张狭窄段置入8F胆管内外引流管，保留4周拔管。 结果 随访3～24个月，治愈12例，占75%;好转4例，占25%。 结论 对治疗的16例患儿临床研究表明，球囊扩张置管术疗效可靠、创伤小，为治疗肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄的重要方法。
