【摘要】 目的 总结非寄生虫性肝囊肿超声引导穿刺抽液无水乙醇冲洗治疗的疗效。 方法 超声引导下行肝囊肿穿刺，抽尽囊液，注入利多卡因做囊内麻醉，抽尽麻醉药后注入无水乙醇冲洗，再次抽尽冲洗液。2周后观察囊肿大小，必要时行第2次、第3次治疗。 结果 治愈率77.34%，有效率17.46%，总有效率94.80%。无严重并发症，20.82%患者出现上腹部不适、疼痛等不良反应，3～7天后自行缓解。 结论 肝囊肿穿刺抽液无水乙醇冲洗治疗安全、有效、经济、方便，可作为肝囊肿的首选治疗方法。
