【摘要】 目的 观察超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平在缺血性脑卒中(IMS)的变化及临床意义。 方法 对51例IMS患者hs-CRP进行检测。 结果 IMS患者血hs-CRP水平明显升高，hs-CRP水平与患者神经损害程度相关。 结论 hs-CRP水平可作为IMS患者病情评估的指标之一。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of high sensitive C-reactive protein and study its clinical sig-nificance in ischemic stroke.Methods Levels of hs-CRP were measured in51IMS patients.Results Levels of hs-CRP in51IMS patients were high.There was a correlation between hs-CRP and the degree of nerve damage.Con-clusion The levels of hs-CRP elevation can be used as one of the assessment indexes of patient's conditions.
