【摘要】 目的 探讨时辰化疗加中医择时用药对减轻大肠癌术后化疗不良反应的近期疗效。 方法 对30例大肠癌术后患者随机分成治疗组(时辰化疗+中医择时用药)和对照组(常规化疗+中医非择时用药)，每组各15例，观察其毒性反应。 结果 治疗组的化疗毒不良反应比对照组明显减少，差异有显著性。 结论 时辰化疗加中医择时用药可减少大肠癌术后化疗的不良反应。
