【摘要】 本文提供了一个更为简单的抗酸菌染色法，100份采自可疑结核病人的痰标本，经用本方法和Ziehl Neelsen染色法进行了比较，检出结核菌阳性标本32例，结果完全相互符合。本简化抗酸菌染色法，步骤简单，不需加热，染色鲜明，不易污染周围环境，可以使工作人员舒适地进行抗酸性细菌的染色，特别有利于多标本的染色检查，有利于提高工作效率。
