【摘要】 目的 探讨低张力气钡双重造影在胃窦炎诊断中的作用。 方法 使胃处在低张力状态下行气钡双重造影，利用各体位充分显示其内部的细微结构。 结果 显示胃窦部黏膜纹的宽度，胃小区的形态，胃小沟的粗细、变宽模糊与其分型的关系。 结论 黏膜纹宽度>3mm，胃小区的形态不规则，胃小沟的粗细不均、变宽模糊是诊断胃窦炎的依据。
