【摘要】 目的 探讨理肺化纤方对实验性大鼠的肺纤维化的防治作用。 方法 通过气管内注射博莱霉素复制大鼠肺纤维化模型，给予理肺化纤方治疗后，以肺指数和肺病理形态(包括光镜及透射电镜)为指标，观察理肺化纤方对实验性大鼠肺纤维化的影响。 结果 该方能减轻博莱霉素诱导的大鼠肺泡炎及肺纤维化的程度。 结论 理肺化纤方具有防治肺纤维化的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss preventing and treating effect on rat model of pulmonary fibrosis by Lifei Huaxi-an prescription.Methods Reproducing rat model of pulmonary fibrosis by injecting bleomycin to trachea，then treat the rat models by Lifei Huaxian prescription，and observe the prescription's effect on the target of pulmanory index and pulmanory pathology.Results The decoction can depresses pulmanory index(P<0.05)，reduces degree of pul-monary alveolitis and fibrosis(P<0.05).Conclusion LiFeiHuaXian prescription have effect on preventing and treating the model of pulmanary fibresis reproduced by bleomycin. ......
