【摘要】 目的 观察使用3种中草药牙膏刷牙对口臭病原菌-厌氧菌生长的影响。 方法 40名受试者按照所用牙膏的不同分成3个中草药组、普通牙膏组和不使用牙膏组，分别收集他们刷牙前后的唾液进行细菌学培养，比较厌氧菌数量(CFU读数)的变化情况。 结果 3个中草药组和普通牙膏组刷牙后的CFU读数均显著降低(P<0.05)，且中草药组与普通牙膏组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 中草药牙膏的抑菌作用使口腔内厌氧菌的生长受到一定抑制，提示今后将中草药牙膏作为口臭治疗方法之一具有可行性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of three Chinese herb dentifrices on the growth of pathogenic bacteria of halitosis.Methods 40subjects were divided into5groups，including3test groups and2control groups.Saliva was collected before and after brushing and incubated in anaerobic cabinet.After cultivation，bacteria were counted.Results The reduction of anaerobic bacteria growth between test and control groups was significantly different.Brushing with dentifrice made a significant reduction.Chinese herb dentifrices have a greater effect than normal denti-frice.Conclusion The antibacterial ability of Chinese herb dentifrices inhibited the growth of anaerobic bacteria in oral cavity ......
