【摘要】 目的 探查浸润性乳腺中c-erbB-2阳性对临床治疗的意义。 方法 收集2002年1月～2004年12月，本院手术，浸润性乳腺癌病例62例，统计其TMN分期，肿瘤直径，淋巴转移情况，ER/PR c-erbB-2情况。 结果 42例c-erbB-2阳性中36例有淋巴转移，Ⅰ期6例，ⅡA22例，ⅡB14例。ER/PR均阴性22例;ER(+)，PR(-)12例;ER(-)，PR(+)8例。2例因肺转移死亡，6例骨转移。 结论 c-erbB-2是浸润性乳腺癌一个独立的预后因素，淋巴转移和远处转移早，应着重全身性综合治疗以提高生存率。
