【摘要】 目的 通过拓展对急性带状疱疹(acute herpes zoser，AHZ)病人综合治疗方法的临床研究，为临床医护工作提供了方向和依据。 方法 根据AHZ发生的部位，采用选择性神经阻滞疗法，超激光疗法，抗病毒药物疗法及心理疗法。 结果 180例AHZ病人采用综合治疗方法，临床效果满意，通过追踪随访，无并发症及后遗神经痛发生。 结论 对AHZ患者的综合疗法是有效的，可行的，在AHZ急性期通过积极的有效治疗，AHZ病人是完全可以治愈的。

    【Abstract】 Objective To help health professionals to treat and care patients with AHZ by studying of extend-ed therapy methods.Methods According to the different positions of the AHZ，we chose nerve block，super-LAZ-ER，anti-virus or/and psychological treatment.Results All of the180patients were cured without complication and neuralgia left.Conclusion AHZ is a kind of curable disease if treated by comprehensive methods during it's acute period.
