【摘要】 目的 观察丹参注射液对大鼠肠系膜活体微循环的影响。 方法 局部滴加肾上腺素造成大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍后，观察各给药组细动脉管径，细动脉流速，毛细血管网交点计数等指标恢复情况。 结果 丹参注射液可促进上述指标改善恢复。 结论 丹参注射液对肾上腺素所致大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍有改善作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Danshen injection on mesenteric microcirculation in rats.Meth-ods After locally giving adrenaline，observe mesentery arterial diameter，blood velocity and density of capillary with microscope television videotaping system.Results Danshen injection could improve microcirculation disturbance on the aspects of the diameter，the velociity of rat mesenteric arteriole and the density of rat mesenteric capillary.Con-clusion Danshen injection was effective in improving microcirculation disturbance of rat mesentery induced by a-drenaline.
