【摘要】 目的 探讨不同脑血管病变的DSA表现和血管内治疗方法。 方法 回顾性分析53例脑血管造影的DSA表现及部分病例血管内微导管治疗情况。 结果 53例中42例可见不同病变的DSA表现，5例颅内占位性病变，6例未见异常。其中血管畸形(AVM)12例、单纯性动静脉瘘(AVF)5例、动脉瘤9例、颈内动脉海绵窦瘘(CCF)3例、脑血管梗死8例、烟雾病(Moymoy)3例、颈内静脉病2例;25例进行血管内微导管治疗。 结论 脑血管造影是脑血管病最后诊断，脑血管病的血管内微导管治疗是治疗大部分脑血管病的最佳方法。
