【摘要】 目的 探讨2型糖尿病并发症发生与高尿酸血症之间的关系; 方法 通过对162例2型糖尿病患者进行分组，对照分析并发症严重程度与高尿酸血症发生率; 结果 2型糖尿病患者并发症发生发展与伴发高尿酸血症有一定的关系，随着并发症加重，伴发高尿酸血症比率增高。 结论 高尿酸血症是2型糖尿病并发症发生发展的危险因素，其互为因果，临床应予以高度重视，积极防治。
