【摘要】 目的 探讨复杂不稳型粗隆间骨折治疗方法。 方法 以95°滑动鹅头钉(DCS)行内固定术。结果 经28例病人观察，固定稳定，髋关节功能良好。 结论 95°滑动鹅头钉治疗不稳型粗隆间骨折效果好，固定牢固。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment for complex and unstable intertrochanter fracture of femur.Methods Twenty eight cases were treated by using95°DCS internal fixation.Results After observing about all pa-tients hips，their functional results showed excellent and internal fixations were stable.Conclusion 95°DCS internal fixation with high stability is an ideal method to cure unstable fracture.
