【摘要】目的观察注射式折叠人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法300例白内障超声乳化患者行注射式折叠人工晶状体植入术。结果注射式折叠人工晶状体术后第3天平均视力为0.8，平均散光0.75D，并发症及不良反应出现少。结论注射式折叠人工晶状体具有切口小，损伤小，组织相容性好及操作简便的特点，具有眼科实用价值。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the clinicial effect of the injectable intraocular lenses. Methods300 cases implanted of intraocular lenses post phacoemulsification in patients with cataract.ResultsThe operation of intraocular lenses implantation with small incision had fast vision recovering and few side effect such as astigmatism and injury. ConclusionThe operation of intraocular lenses has advantage of small incision, good tissue compatibility and simply operation, could be used in clinical practice.
