【摘要】 目的 总结尿道下裂患者手术前后的护理经验，探讨有效的护理对策。方法 回顾分析40例尿道下裂尿道成形术患者的临床资料；护理对策是做好心理护理，保持会阴部清洁，加强病情观察和膀胱造瘘管护理，增加营养，预防逆行感染及并发症的发生。结果 40例患者Ⅰ期治愈38例，治愈率95%，术后遗留尿瘘2例，发生率为5%。结论 术前做好心理护理及会阴部、胃肠道清洁的准备，术后加强基础护理及营养支持，预防切口感染，延缓排便时间是手术成功的关键。
