【摘要】目的探讨温肾泄浊祛瘀汤对肾阳虚衰、湿浊瘀阻型慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的作用。方法112例中医辨证为肾阳虚衰、湿浊瘀阻型CRF患者随机分成两组，治疗组72例以自拟温肾泄浊祛瘀汤加西药治疗，对照组40例单用西药治疗，3个月后观察两组的疗效及肾功能、血红蛋白、蛋白尿、血脂等相关指标的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为77.78%，明显优于对照组45.00%(P<0.01)；治疗组在改善肾功能、降低蛋白尿、升高血红蛋白、改善血脂代谢方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温肾泄浊祛瘀汤能有效治疗肾阳虚衰、湿浊瘀阻型CRF。

    Clinical observation on Wenshen xiezhuo quyu tang in treating 72 cases of chronic renal failure

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Wenshen xiezhuo quyu tang(WSXZQYT)in treating chronic renal failure(CRF) of deficiency of kidney yang with turbid damp and blood stagnation symptom.Methods112 patients with CRF of deficiency of kidney yang with turbid damp and blood stagnation symptom were randomly divided into two groups,72 patients in treatment group were treated with WSXZQYT and Western medicine,and 40 patients in control group were treated only with Western medicine.We observed the effect and index changes including renal function,Hb,proteinuria,lipid before and after treatment.ResultsAfter three months treatment,the general effective rate in treatment group was 77.78%,which was markedly higher than that in control group(45.00%,P<0.01).Treatment group was obviously better than control group in decreasing proteinuria,improving renal function,increasing Hb,ameliorating lipid metabolism(P<0.05).ConclusionWSXZQYT is effective to treat CRF of deficiency of kidney yang with turbid damp and blood stagnation symptom. ......
