【摘要】 目的 观察宫腔镜下输卵管口插管通液术对输卵管的疏通效果。 方法 对216例进行宫腔镜下输卵管口插管通液术患者术前术后输卵管的通畅情况进行比较。 结果 术后输卵管通畅性更多地分布于通畅组，与术前的分布比较差异有显著性。 结论 宫腔镜下输卵管口插管通液术安全、有效，对输卵管通而不畅者尤为适合。
