【摘要】 目的 探讨腹部B超检查在人群健康体检中的作用，为社会个体的健康保健提供参考。 方法 从健康体检者中，筛选出1483例非单位组织的自愿就诊者，对其B超结果进行分析。 结果 在1483例体检者中检出有病变者556例，检出率为37.49%;脂肪肝、胆囊结石、胆囊息肉、肾结石、肾囊肿的检出率较高。不同疾病在各年龄组之间的检出率，差异有显著性;不同性别的胆囊息肉检出率，差异也存在显著性;不同性别脂肪肝的检出率，差异有显著性。 结论 腹部B超检查无创伤性，操作简便，耗时短，结合病史对绝大多数病例可做出正确诊断，对大面积体检尤为适用。
