【摘要】 研究腰椎间盘突出症手术与治疗效果的关系。 方法 总结82例腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗情况。 结果 随访62例，术后优良率占90.3%，仅有3例发生并发症。 结论 认为严格掌握手术适应证是手术成功的基础，手术方式的选择和操作是手术成功的关键，良好的术后处理、预防并发症是手术成功的保证。
