湿热复合创伤应激对兔生理指标的影响

【摘要】目的探讨高温、高湿创伤复合条件下生理指标的变化规律,为研究提高部队应对应激反应的能力提供实验依据。方法(1)常温对照组置于干球温度(24±1)℃、相对湿度(55±5)%环境2h;(2)常温创伤组置于同等环境;以350牛顿的力撞击致兔右后肢股骨中下段粉碎性骨折2h;(3)湿热无创组置于仿真模拟气候舱,干球温度(38±1)℃,相对湿度(65±5)%环境2h;(4)湿热创伤组同时施加(2)、(3)两种条件2h。各组以生理记录仪每10min记录一次直肠温度、平均动脉压、心率、呼吸频率。结果湿热应激可引起体温直线升高,心率、呼吸进行性加快、心律失常,MAP明显下降,与常温无创组和常温创伤组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论湿热应激对机体生理指标变化的影响超过创伤应激;急性应激反应30~90min是决定机体内环境是否可以维持稳态的关键时期,早期动态观察生理指标变化,对把握干预时机,提高机体对应激的适应能力有重要意义。关键词:湿热环境;高温环境;创伤应激生理
