【摘要】 目的 检测黏附分子CD44v6及基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在子宫内膜异位症(EMT)在位、异位内膜与正常内膜中的表达，检测可溶性CD44v6及MMP-2在正常妇女与子宫内膜异位症患者血清及腹腔液中的水平，探讨CD44v6及MMP-2在EMT发病中的作用。 方法 采用免疫组化法对子宫内膜异位症异位内膜(40例)、在位内膜(35例)与正常子宫内膜(35例)中CD44v6、MMP-2的表达进行检测，酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测正常妇女与EMT患者血清、腹腔液中可溶性CD44v6与MMP-2的水平。 结果 CD44v6、MMP-2在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿异位内膜中的表达显著高于同期在位内膜与正常子宫内膜的表达(P<0.01)，在位内膜与正常子宫内膜中CD44v6、MMP-2表达差异无显著性(P>0.05)，分泌期的表达显著高于增生期(P<0.01)。可溶性CD44v6、MMP-2在EMT患者血清、腹腔液中的水平显著高于正常妇女(P<0.01)。 结论 异位内膜组织中CD44v6与MMP-2的高表达之间有高度相关性，CD44v6及MMP-2在异位内膜中高表达可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生发展有关。

    Expression and significance of CD44v6and MMP-2 in human endometriosis

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate CD44v6and MMP-2expression in endometriotic and eutopic endometri-um in women with endometriosis and normal endometrium.To assess the changes of serum and ascites levels of soluble CD44v6and MMP-2in women with endometriosis and normal women.Methods CD44v6and MMP-2expression was examined in endometriotic(n=40)and eutopic endometrium(n=35)and normal endometrium(n=35)by im-munohistochemistry.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to measure serum and ascites soluble CD44v6and MMP-2from40women with endometriosis and35normal women.Results Increased expression of CD44v6and MMP-2in endometriotic was found as compared with eutopic and normal endometrium(P<0.01)CD44v6and MMP-2expression was similar in the last two groups(P>0.05).The soluble CD44v6and MMP-2levels in serum and ascites in EMT patients were significantly higher than those in normal women(P<0.01).Con-clusion Our results suggest there are close relationship between CD44v6and MMP-2 ......
