实验性轴索型GBS兔模型脊髓的病理学研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨急性运动性轴索型古兰-巴雷综合征(AMAN型GBS)兔模型脊髓病理学的改变。 方法 对实验兔脊髓进行光镜、电镜观察。 结果 发病兔脊髓HE染色可见神经元肿胀、有空泡形成、胞浆疏松、尼氏小体消失,淋巴细胞浸润,胶质细胞增生,轴索变细、变窄、弯曲或消失等。发病兔脊髓电镜观察可见神经元核、核膜不规则,核基质轻度空化,胞质空化,胞质内粗面内质网、游离核糖体减少,线粒体减少、肿胀、嵴断裂、凝聚状、并呈空泡状,轴膜与髓鞘板层严重分离,髓鞘变薄,髓鞘板层局部呈分离松散状,轴索内神经丝数量减少、分布不均、呈空化状等。以上改变均以前角病变为重,腰膨大的病理改变明显比颈膨大病理改变为重。 结论 本实验结果支持中枢神经系统病理学改变是与PNS同时受累所致。【关键词】 古兰-巴雷综合征 脊髓 病理

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pathological changes of spinal cord in animal model with AMAN pattern of GBS.Methods Pathological changes of spinal cord are observed by light and electric microscope.Results The characteristic light microscope findings of spinal cord of experimental animals with AMAN pattern of GBS are summarized in the following:neuron swelling,vacuolar degeneration,cytoplasm looseness and Nissl bodies disap-pearance,lymphocytes infiltration,axon thinness and curve or disappearance,et al.The pathological changes ob-served by electric microscope were neuron nuclear envelope irregularity ......
