【摘要】目的总结过去10年中同期治疗中老年性上睑松垂与下睑袋的临床经验。方法本组256例，取站立位设计，术中再核对，适量去除松弛的皮肤和眶隔脂肪。结果随访结果显示，受术者眼睑外形明显改善。结论上睑松垂与眼袋同期手术适合治疗中老年性眼睑松垂，年轻化效果明显。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo propose simultaneous upper and lower eyelids blepharoplasty principles based on the clinical experience to correct the middle aged and aged eyelid tissue relaxing in past ten years.MethodsA total 256 cases,we designed with patient standing posture.And checked up in the operation again,the appropriate amount of the skin and the orbital septum fat were excised.ResultsSeveral patients were followed up,the results showed that the appearances of all the patient were improved.ConclusionSimultaneous upper and lower eyelids blepharoplasty are viable and effective to correct the middle aged and aged eyelid tissue relaxing.The results of the operation are satisfactory to the patients. ......
