【摘要】 子宫输卵管超声造影是检查输卵管通畅性的方法之一，它是一种有创性检查，会给患者带来一定的痛苦。如何使患者有效地配合，完成检查非常重要。笔者应用整体护理，评估患者，提出了知识缺乏、精神困扰、舒适状态的改变、潜在并发症4个护理问题，采取相应的护理措施，取得满意效果。
