【摘要】 目的 推进教学改革，培养合格的专业化护理人才来满足社会的需要。方法 向我校毕业生就业的全国各地单位发放问卷，获得反馈信息。结果 我校学生在基础理论和专业知识、外语和教学水平方面较好，人文社会学知识扎实，知识结构广泛，但实际操作能力和人际交往沟通及社会适应能力欠佳。结论 重新审视我校人才培养模式中课程设置，切实加强实际操作能力的培养；协调好专业知识与人文社会知识学习；临床教学与学校教学应紧密结合。
