【摘要】 目的 探讨子宫缝合术在子宫收缩乏力性产后出血(postpartum hemorrhage，PPH)处理中的作用。 方法 对10例子宫收缩乏力性产后出血者采用改良的B-Lynch缝线术治疗。 结果 10例子宫收缩乏力性产后出血均发生在剖宫产术中，例1、例2为瘢痕子宫;例3为瘢痕子宫合并血小板减少症;例4、例5为双胎;例6、例7为巨大儿;例8为子宫肌瘤合并妊娠，例9、例10为胎盘粘连植入，经过按摩压迫子宫、药物治疗等无效;均采用改良的B-Lynch缝线术行子宫缝扎后出血即止，预后良好。 结论 产科出血是孕产妇死亡的首要原因，产后出血是产科出血的主要原因，积极防治产科出血、减少产科出血死亡是降低我国孕产妇死亡率的关键。子宫缝合术安全有效、简单易行、止血迅速，是子宫收缩乏力性产后出血首选的外科止血方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of B-Lynch brace suturing in atonic postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Ten cases of atonic postpartum hemorrhage were treated using modified B-Lynch brace suturing.Results Ten cases of atonic postpartum hemorrhage during lower segment cesarean section with placental morbid adhesion was not controlled by medical treatment(massage，compression，oxytocin，misoprostol，hemabate，etc.)was managed by applying a B-Lynch brace suturing.The operations were success.Postoperative recovery was uneventful.Conclusion B-Lynch brace suturing is surgically easy ......
