【摘要】目的探讨玩具枪弹致儿童眼外伤的临床特点、治疗及预后。方法对1999年6月～2004年5月间我科收治的玩具枪弹所致儿童眼外伤58例进行分析。根据外伤的不同情况，采取相应的治疗措施。结果玩具枪弹所致儿童眼外伤是一种眼球钝挫伤，主要对眼前段组织损伤较重，眼后段组织也有损伤。经积极治疗可避免严重的视力损害及后遗症，大多预后较好。结论加强防护、伤后及时就诊、准确的诊断及治疗，对恢复视功能、预防并发症的发生极其重要。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo determine clinical characteristics,treatment and prognosis of children eye injury caused by toy bullet.Methods58 cases with children eye injury caused by toy bullet from June 1999 to May 2004 were analyzed.According to the different circumstances of injury,the homologous treatment measure was adopted.ResultsChildren eye injury caused by toy bullet was the ocular contusion.It mainly injured the ocular anterior segment,the posterior intraocular segment was injured,either.Active treatment could avoid severe lesion of vision and complications.ConclusionEnhancing prevention,correct diagnosis and in time treatment for instauration the visual function and prevention the complications are very important.
